Brainspotting allows us to release pain and tension stored in the body that has been fueling your negative symptoms.   

After a session you may experience new thoughts, feelings, behaviors and body sensations.  

 

Brainspotting is similar to EMDR in how it processes trauma fast and effectively.  

We use Brainspotting in conjunction with sound therapy, which allows you to have a gentler experience in processing trauma.
